Sorry, but we do not accept individual entries, the team captain is responsible to collect and pay for the whole team.

Schedule blood draw at NBMC for BACC and bone density test on same day on or before 10/18. BACC needs to order mammogram after 10/17. Possibly on 10/26 before BACC appt not at BACC out of network
